Coming from a very different vantage point than the Jedidiah Clothing world, this is a very interesting video with an introspective look at fashion from the American Muslim perspective. “Fashioning Faith,” is a film by Yasmin Moll, a PhD student in Sociocultural Anthropology at NYU, about young Muslim women redefining what it means to be Muslim in contemporary America, and how that plays out in the fashion world.
