The Team
Kevin Murray,
CEO
I consider myself a very fortunate man. I have been married to the love of my life for almost 30 years, have 3 amazing daughters and a growing list of grandchildren as well. My work has allowed me to travel all over the world, meeting people who continue to inspire me and fill my life with purpose. I am passionate about finding new ways to use my business as a platform for the greater good. If you don’t find me at work, with my wife or with my grandkids, you might find me somewhere tinkering with my golf game.
Sam Larson,
Sales Director
My favorite things to do in a day: surf, ride my vintage motorcycle and hope it doesn’t break down, drink coffee and watch 80′s action movies (Seagal is the best), and surf again. I’m also proud to hate the Lakers but love the Clippers which is pretty hard to do here. Initially growing up in Minneapolis I have confirmed thus far in my life that I never want to shovel snow again. Following my snow experience, I went to college in the South at Baylor University, the official home of never winning football games and constant armpit sweating. Fortunately, San Diego is now home where I now live in Encinitas with my amazing wife, Kelli.
“I love Jedidiah because of what it stands for. I’ve been in the fashion industry for some time now involved with other brands, and never before was able to work with forward looking product and also benefit the greater good. Connecting with retailers on that level and telling the story of what we do through it all is pretty awesome.”
Kelli Larson,
Design Director
I’m an avid illustrator, painter, and graphic artist and love all things fashion and design. I am proud to have been the main Jedidiah designer for over five years now. I am a San Diego native and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise in 2005, majoring in Product Development. I now live in Encinitas with my amazing husband, Sam, and kitty Bam. We are expecting our first baby, a girl, in August. My favorite things are sunshine, beach, and coconut popsicles. I love using my artistic drive to promote the greater good, and ultimately, to use art to make a difference in the lives of others.
Mark Bubb,
Marketing Director
Hailing from the exotic state of Wisconsin, I came to San Diego just over a year ago, and have very much enjoyed not shoveling snow. I pretty much live in the music world and head everything music related for Jedidiah in addition to all the other marketing efforts. I also have a new found love of burritos and sports played on the sand.
Troy Bement,
Warehouse Manager
What’s your favorite type of box? A question often asked by colleagues and fellow comrades a like. The answer is always the same. A 18x12x6 single corrugated one with “B” flute thickness rating. I remember my first run in with this box, literately. It was in a 1992 Toyota pick up truck while working at Yosemite Sierra Summer Camp. It took the mirror right off the truck as it plowed through the stack of boxes as a captivated crowd of campers looked on in eager expectation. An experience neither they nor those in the truck will soon forget. From then on I have found the cardboard box to be the distributor, not only of ordered goods, but also of experiences and memories that long out live any tangible item I have ever shipped. Much of who I am has been shaped by three places: Cary, IL. Phelps, WI, and Bass Lake, CA. All of which have special places in my heart and all places I have called home before putting down roots here in San Diego where I now call home. It is a great privilege to be surrounded with good friends and family, being able to share in life’s memories that are being created here. Cheers.
