Surf Expo Final Days
Well, the last 2 days of Surf Expo came and went with lots of great appointments, fun people, and progress on the Amor mural. The crowds kept getting bigger throughout the show as the artists worked continuously, making each panel come alive.
Andrew Spear and Dolla Bill threw down some bright colors and bold graphics while Patrick Maxcy and Mike Caldarera worked around the clock on their detailed piece. The first bid was officially made on Friday and on Saturday all but 2 of the 8 total mural panels were sold for $1100. (Each mural was split into 4 pieces)
We’re excited to have experienced this Surf Expo with the artists and all the people that came by to check it out! Thanks to the buyers and we can’t wait to hand over the money raised to our humanitarian partner, Amor.
