In preparation for our Fall/Holiday 2011 partnership with StandUp For Kids, the Jedidiah team traveled to the LA, Miami and New York chapters of StandUp For Kids to discover and document the realities that homeless youth face. While on the trip, many pictures were taken to capture the visuals, thoughts and emotions that were experienced. When designing for the Fall and Holiday seasons, these photos were used as the inspiration. Below is a photo that was taken while visiting the LA StandUp For Kids chapter. You can see here how it was used for the design of the Venice Sand T-Shirt:
