After 10 years, The Early November have decided to do two reunion shows! The founder, Ace Enders, and his wife Jenn, spread the word of Jedidiah and StandUp For Kids to the rest of the band members. They chose Jedidiah to make their reunion shows’ merchandise and launched a contest today where 100% of proceeds benefit StandUp For Kids. We appreciate The Early November joining us in supporting our Fall/Holiday partner and encourage you to participate in their contest.
We want to give a special ‘Congratulations’ to our ambassadors, The Modern Gypsies for winning ABC’s Expedition Impossible! We have been helping them raise money for Free The Children through our special collection of Jedidiah shirts. The money raised will be used for their next mission trip which they are letting fans decide their destination- Healthcare in Kenya, Clean Water in Ecuador or Alternative Income in India. At their finale party, they raised over $20,000 and we know many more good things are to come! To see their latest shirts and help fund their trip supporting Free The Children click here. All of their pictures from their show and future updates are on their Facebook.

In preparation for our Fall/Holiday 2011 partnership with StandUp For Kids, the Jedidiah team traveled to the LA, Miami and New York chapters of StandUp For Kids to discover and document the realities that homeless youth face. While on the trip, many pictures were taken to capture the visuals, thoughts and emotions that were experienced. When designing for the Fall and Holiday seasons, these photos were used as the inspiration. Below is a photo that was taken while visiting the LA StandUp For Kids chapter. You can see here how it was used for the design of the Venice Sand T-Shirt:
Proceeds from the Fall/Holiday 2011 lines will be used to help fund a brand new StandUp For Kids homeless center in New York City. To see the Fall collection and help, click here.
