I like those beats that keep your feet movin and your head rockin,

a revolution of the soul to the body

I like those beats that get your hands up and out,

filling the air from fingertip to fingertip

I like those beats that pound the heart,

a beat you can't control

I like those beats that translate sound into color,

surrounding and mesmerizing 

I like those beats that turn, shake, jump, step, and pump, 

a harmonic relationship of sound and motion

I like those beats that mold various sounds together,

close your ears and listen with your heart

I like those beats in your legs to your arms,

from cell to cell, vein to vein, bone to bone

I like those beats they get you up and your body to the tune,

a tune you've never heard before 

I like those beats
