Their first ‘compassionate adventure’ will make it possible to bring water to the homes of more than 450 people, saving time for everyone, correcting the injustice that was the destruction of the old system and making use of existing resources for the benefit of the whole village. They will get to be involved in what is called ‘Quechua’ where everyone agrees to come together to work for the benefit of the whole community. They will be filming their first season of Compassionate Adventure: Ecuador! and we look forward to seeing the work they complete.

“I am from Boone, North Carolina but now live in Wilmington, North Carolina half a mile from Wrightsville Beach. My two passions are surfing and swimming. Wrightsville Beach is known for the Reef Sweetwater Pro Am, and I am very blessed to live so close to the beach and surf whenever I want too. I swim for a USA competitive swim team, Waves of Wilmington, and have been fortunate enough to qualify in several events for the Nationals. This past August I swam in the Nationals at Stanford, California and will be swimming another National event in Austin, Texas in December. My swimming goals are to be Olympic qualified in 2012 and to have a swim scholarship for college. My relationship with friends and family is very important to me and I am very involved in my church youth group. My moto for personal relationships is CPRK: Courtesy, Patience, Respect, and Kindness. I had the privilege of going to Africa this past summer for three weeks for a church mission trip. The trip affected my point of view on life and it made me appreciate the opportunities Americans have that many other people do not have. I look forward to making another trip to Africa and helping improve the education and standard of living for the people of Malawi. I work part time in a surf shop and I’m very excited about being a Jedidiah ambassador and promoting the Jedidiah clothing line. I have had an enthusiastic reception from my friends and acquaintances when promoting the Jedidiah brand and the Jedidiah mission.”
