Who We Are: Billy Wickens

Although we are still grieving the loss of Luke, we are incredibly excited about his replacement: Billy Wickens.  As we kick off our “Who We Are” series to give you a peek at the people that run Jedidiah, I could think of no one better person to highlight than Billy.

Billy is the new shipping coordinator and director of our warehouse and also helps anything as far as online orders or shop orders.  It is a perfect fit for him with his kind and generous heart.

Billy (William) was born on July 7, 1987 in San Diego, California.  He grew up surfing and wishing to be a professional athlete while attending Santana High School and is currently a few short months away from graduating from San Diego Christian College with a degree in Business and Communications.  In his spare time he builds forts (as seen above), tries to track down the best waves he can (as seen below) and likes to eat at Sushi Deli.  (We also have some footage of him surfing to show you in the near future.)

As far as his top 5 favorite bands ever, he lists Die Radio Die, MGMT, The Format, Copeland and Death Cab for Cutie.  And the next thing he is going to eat is Wahoo’s with his girl and his best buddy Z.

If you’d like to e-mail Billy and thank him for everything he does or just drop him a note of encouragement, e-mail him at billy@jedidiahusa.com.

Thanks Billy!
